BuyOrRentRealEstate.Com offers a more personalized rental service which includes a guided tour of rental properties. The Rental Services Coordinator will contact the transferee and complete a needs analysis: area counseling, determining rental housing type, price range, move-in date, lease term and any other special needs. This personalized search includes single family homes, townhouses, condominiums and apartments.

A Massachusetts information package will be sent via priority mail. This package includes a info guide of Massachusetts, maps, school information, latest school rankings, daycare providers, private schools, average rental rates by neighborhood, MA rental application, utilities' phone numbers, local newspapers, and rental guide. Based on the needs analysis, the Rental Service Coordinator will access available inventory and preview rental properties. An appointment will be scheduled and arrangements will be made to pick up the client for an accompanied tour to view properties. Upon the transferee renting a property, the Rental Service Coordinator will assist with the rental application, lease negotiation, and lease signing. Follow-up calls to the rental community and to the client are made to ensure that the rental application has been accepted and the move has taken place. A half-day search will typically take 3-4 hours. The full day will take approximately 7 hours. Twenty-four hour advance notice is needed to coordinate the rental tour.

Fee: $150 Half-Day Tour, $250 Full Day Tour
